Hit the button to turn recirc off, no noise, but aprox 5secs later, the fan speed/airflow dies down. Hit the button twice to turn recirc on, no noise, fan speed/airflow slowly increases. Almost like the inside vent intakes are closing, but the external ones aren't opening, causing the airflow to slow down. John Baas.

Hello E60 M5 Knowledge Base! So as most of you know, lot's of work and upgrades this year which always results in new "problems." I recently replaced all the clutch components, within the last 60 days with the exception of the PLCD.
Symptom: Car will turn over, will not start. Hypothesis: Lack of fuel, air, and/or spark. Testing hypothesis: Unplugged both MAFS, still no start, no change in characteristics of failed start. Used diagnostic computer to determine fault in fuel pump relay. Replaced fuel pump relay, no change in characteristics. Fault code no longer comes back.

However, I would like this groups opinion on my specific problem. My 9/06 build E60 has significant engine noise/vibration during cold start and low idle. Definitely does not sound like a $94,000 car.
