If he is on a f2p account then he can not transfer at all. But if he is only lvl 20 then just tell him to make a new account and get those lvl's done fast.
Friends instances / map marker. I seem to be having trouble with getting into friends instances and seeing their map marker icon when in a party. When I first started playing on Saturday, I was able to see my friends marker anywhere in the zone (as long as we were in the same zone instance of course). Now it seems that sometimes they vanish
If the party member is already in the instance, you wont be able to join.
